I will be completely honest and say I was sceptical at first, I had a prior judgment on what I thought Hypnotherapy was and I didn’t trust not being in control of what happens to me, but I was convinced to give it a go and it was the best decision I ever made! Maureen is very kind and approachable and has a very comforting energy, she walks you through everything before it happens so you know what to expect and you are in full control the whole time. She is very knowledgeable and will answer any questions you have. I struggle with anxiety, depression, PTSD and some physical traumas so I have a lot of silent struggles that I was worried about having to disclose but she doesn’t ask for any details, you are fully in control of what Maureen knows about your reason for being there, she doesn’t pry which was really comforting. And while they haven’t magically disappeared obviously, they aren’t as heavy anymore and I’m more aware of why my brain is reacting this way and can bring myself out of it quicker which feels so freeing to have that mental control back. This experience has turned my general outlook to life much more positive and I couldn’t recommend this more!
